  I was so foolish, I went to BankWest with my father the other day and the Bankstaff lady said : You answer 2 wrong when asked for his Verbal passw. Verification after he specifically told her that he forgot & Unsure so he makes attempt guessing by saying : I think is This or That, and even place his passport in front of her counter but she just said : You answered 2 Wrong, my father felt that she's just being Rude and disgustingly Arrogant at that moment but I just thought she is just doing her Job (/or following the company policy) then Until the other day When I also said to this Bankstaff you printed my Statement Wrong, He went all angry & Furious at me for saying them Wrong to the point he shows his attitude and behavior while pointing his fingers at me and said : NO NO NO, we did't print the statement Wrong, That's the only details shown in the acc. and That's the only Statement You GOT!!!
