  Great staff and service even though many staff members off work.
  Had to wait a bit longer than normal for return of my vehicle ,it's nice to see even though staff are under the pump they remain calm and cheerful.

  Extremely rude staff and ended the call on me. He called in, without even greeting or saying where he’s from, and I had to make the first move. He then asked if I was interested in buying a car and I said I was in a meeting. He completely ignored me and proceeded to ask “why aren’t I interested anymore” or sum like that then I didn’t answer him but I kindly said “thanks for the call”. He ended the call without a word.
  
  I was initially very interested in a car but I think we’ll have to wait for that experience to pass.

  Been a regular to John Hughes due to its convenient location but no more. Just tired of them finding faults that do not exist. Many times previously they found faults that do not exist, eg battery, tyres and so on. At the last service I was told I need a total of $5k in repairs even though the car runs fine. I had the Jeep assessed by an independent Jeep specialist at Wangara and they could not fault it. It was the last straw. I tried to reach out to the guy that handled my service but would not return my calls or emails.

  My brand new jeep and my experience has been the worst. Even after the warranty finished, the problems I had were not fixed. My car developed suspension issues at 5000 kms and did a gearbox bearing over 12, 000 kms. The suspension issue was never fully fixed and I brought it in so many times . Right now its costing me to sort it out..
